Remote consultations are available to anyone, anywhere!
You may especially benefit if:
You consistently strength train, run or participate in sport and have a new or lingering pain or injury you canāt quite seem to shake.
You are training for a specific performance goal (examples include running, barbell sports, team sports or mountain sports) and need help bridging the gap between where you are now (post-rehab or otherwise) and your performance goals.
You are a coach, personal trainer or healthcare provider who has hit a roadblock trying to train around an injury or lingering pain and want an outside perspective.
You'd like guidance on planning your training to meet particular performance goals.
-
Consults are 55 minutes long. They start with me listening to your story and asking questions, followed by an assessment of your mobility, strength, movement quality and/or functional movements.
I'll present you with my findings, interpretation, and plan relative to your goals, and answer any questions you might have. If I prescribe exercises for you to do at home or in the gym, we'll review them together.
-
I also offer mentorship sessions on a case-by-case basis. Before scheduling, please reach out to me to make sure what I offer will support your goals! Pricing is the same as remote consults- $165 for 55 minutes
-
Consults are not physical therapy sessions and therefore do not qualify as telehealth.
Taylor does offer telehealth. To be eligible for this, you must be located in Oregon, Washington state, or Montana at the time of the session. Click here and select the telehealth option to learn more.

Sessions are 50-60 minutes and you will always work directly with me.
Initial evaluations start with me listening to your story and asking questions, followed by a physical examination which may include strength testing or functional movements.
I'll present you with my findings, hypothesis, and plan relative to your goals, and answer any questions you might have. If I prescribe exercises for you to do at home or in the gym, we'll review them together. Sometimes initial sessions will also include manual therapy.
At the end of your session, your homework will be shared with you via Google Doc, and together we'll decide how frequently would be appropriate to follow up. Most folks follow up within a week or two and over time we decrease that frequency, but occasionally we'll see each other more frequently or less frequently, depending on your goals and situation.
-
Just like initial evaluations, follow up sessions are 50-60 minutes, 1:1 with Taylor.
Follow up sessions start by checking in with you to hear what went well and what was challenging since the last session.
From there we'll make modifications to address those challenges, and/or progress the things that have been going well.Follow up sessions may also include manual therapy or additional objective testing. Throughout the session your questions and input are always welcome!

Too often I hear stories from folks whose experience of physical therapy or other healthcare left them feeling even more broken or dysfunctional, like they couldn't trust their body, or were shamed by their provider.
My approach to physical therapy (and more broadly, movement) emphasizes the body's inherent resilience, is body-neutral, and compassionate.
I work with folks of all gender expressions and body compositions to achieve their unique goals.
I will not shame you if you struggle to perform your home exercises. Together we will explore barriers, possible solutions, and if necessary modify your program to set you up for success
